I don't see what's the hoopla about him. I guess he appeals to those of you caught up in "the war".
Sony didn't show anything I found to be of note. I was hoping to see The Last Guardian or Final Fantasy Vs., but instead I get Twisted Metal and Kevin Butler.
Microsoft has a solid core audience and it isn't turning away from them so I don't see what the big deal is. I like the multi-media features and I think the games they showed looked fun to play; especiall with for with my wife and kid. Child of Eden really caught my eye though. But I forgot, it's not considered "hardcore". A term that has been used incorrectly by angry, entitled brats.
That Sony is sanctified for some odd reason?
That game rocked!
On topic...
Using MS tactics? Some of you act as if Sony had been sent by Jesus himeself. Talk about a cult.
I love my PS3 but really dude, really?
I don't think that MS's conference was nearly as bad as many are making it out to be. MS has (I think) finally managed to reach outside the core demographic and expand. Gaming just isn't for us, we should want more people to get into it and I believe this is a very big beginning of something with loads of potential for the core and the casual.
Bubbles for you CK!
Microsoft may not have done what the "hardcore" or the fanboys wanted them to do but I believe they succeeded. Besides, people who weren't going to buy one weren't. You're the "hardcore" that are set in your trenches. Gaming isn't just for us guys, it needs to branch out. That doesn't mean the death of the "hardcore". If hardcore means complain, hate and trash talk on N4G then no wonder people look down on gaming. Some of you are sad.

Joystiq reported this (complete with follow up tweets) a while ago. Not only that, but it seems the Star Wars game they showed looks awesome.

That's interesting. This is going to be one heck of an E3 coming up. I can't wait to hear more about this.
Now that is funny.
What's the cost to play Move for a family of four? Or for that matter, any co-op Move game? What does a complete set cost?
I agree with you on the premise that RROD really sucked. However, that is not the case now as the 360 has been within acceptable margins for several months. Not to mention that Microsoft handled the problem well (as well as they could). The fixed all of mine for free and I didn't have to pay for any of it.
The PS3 is built like a tank for sure, but the arguement of RROD is old and played out. That's like me saying the reason PS3's last is becuase you rarely have...
I predict angry Euro trash complaining on N4G.
Heavenly Sword is still my favorite PS3 title. This game was really underrated and deserved a sequel a long time ago.
How about having fun? Why should I give a damn about what the next guy thinks? That's right, I don't.
Games are supposed to be fun. It isn't meant to be "cool". Are you that shallow?
Not surprisingly, the usual SDF trolls making the usual, played out comments on anything 360 related. You're so predictable.
Let me run this by you and see what you think.
My 80gb PS3 is one of several hardware revisions that Sony has done since the launch of the PS3. The original $500 sku had a bunch of features, bells and whistles that the later models either don't have anymore or have been tappered (i.e., number of USB ports for example) Now wh...
Yeah, it only sold well because of marketing. Get off it already. Halo3 sold as well as it did because it's a damn good game. People are still playing it by the hundreds of thousands, daily. I still play that game several times a week.
I'm only on my second play through of Uncharted 2.
Both are great games, but let's be real. PS3 owners didn't care about UC or UC2 until the awards started coming in for UC2. Even after that, and the sales p...
Have a bubble on me ;)
That I have no interest in playing. Not every exclusive is AAA or a must have. For example, White Knight Chonicles was shal we say...not so good?
As long as your having fun though, go for it. This "massive" list of exclusives for Sony only contains about two titles I have any interest in. This isn't one of them.
I'm calling 100 disagree's and, hmm let's see, a "trolling" tag.
@ the clowns "thanki...
What is he a legend of?
Anyway, I felt that Nintendo and Microsoft had the best showings. I didn't see anything from Sony that I was interested in. Move didn't "move" me especially when I'd have to get a whole set for three people in my house.
For me the guy isn't funny. He's only condidered funny because he says the things that Sony and the SDF would love to say. This under the guise that he's just a comedian.
